Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or if you receive the wrong item.
To help us evaluate the issue, please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund, depending on the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because Weloryn produces many custom and personalized items, certain products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Approval for Custom Products
For custom and personalized products, we may agree on the text, design, layout, size, color, material, engraving, or other details before production.
Once the customer approves the order details or layout and production has started, the order cannot be canceled or returned unless the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved specifications.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us about your current item first. If the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
For custom or personalized products, exchanges are only possible if the item is defective, damaged, or produced incorrectly compared to the approved order details.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
However, this right may not apply to custom-made or personalized products that are made according to the customer’s individual request, approved layout, inscription, size, color, or other specifications.
For eligible non-custom items, the product must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our mistake, a defective item, or damage confirmed upon delivery.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
